Welcome to the Baybasi Youth Initiative home page. We started BYI because we dreamed of making a beneficial impact to our society. We can all come together to make that change in our world, and we are starting right here with our project, Baybasi Youth Initiative, so that we can see the world become a better place. Our generation has the ability and responsibility to build a better world for other children and future generations. We will be the generation that will live on to the future, and we can make the future a better place for us and others by starting to make a difference now.
BYI was formed in the summer of 2016 with the kids of Baybasi. The primary objectives of forming BYI were to:
Ensure continued engagement of our kids on a sustained basis
Exposure to charity programs for instilling special values
Create awareness of many problems around us by doing projects
Provide the next generation a firsthand opportunity of organization and community building experience through youth leadership opportunities
